Ive gone through many pairs of these goalie pants, they offer very good padding, but unfortunately, they dont last very long with the AstroTurf I play on. I usually need to replace them every 8 months at 2 games a week. If they had reinforced the knee area with some stronger material to keep the padding in, they would be ideal.
The straps that go under foot do a good job of keeping the pants and knee padding in place.
