Durable, great fit and feel     On: 2010-03-10

I have a large, wide foot (for a soccer player) and Ive found that the Adidas 7406 fits better than any other boot Ive worn. The calf-skin upper is supple and conforms to my foot, and I actually prefer the way it feels on contact to the feel of my Copas. I find the Copas long, narrow, and rigid after heavy use, but these uppers have stayed soft and tough despite heavy use. Ive bought a second pair for when my first pair wears out (if they do!).
Ok     On: 2007-10-02

I havent broken in the shoes, but so far they are narrow at ball contact. The shoe of course looks wonderful and classic. The leather inside gives a good fit, but for some reason I dont have a nice feel of the ball as I did with my old predators.
A worthy upgrade to Copa     On: 2006-09-09

I actually bought this from amazon when it was on sale. The boot is awesome. Its leather is calf leather which is very soft and molds very easily to fit your feet. A bonus is that it comes with leather caring cream which is big enough to use for a season. Design is very simple like copa but with more lines, this is worthy year 2006 upgrade to everlasting Copa Mundial.

Overpriced for calf skin     On: 2006-08-07

They try to boast that this calf skin is comparable to kangaroo leather...Its not. The feel on the ball is soft, but when you strike the ball, it isnt even close. I love adidas and bought 4 pairs of Profis before they were discontinued. At the same price, these just dont cut it. Stick with the copas, at $90, they may wear out a quicker, but a seasoned player can tell the difference. On the plus side, I do like the traxion.
good deal     On: 2006-06-28

for only $50 and free shipping, I think this isnt a bad deal.
