Big digits, exactly what I needed and it was not in any of the normal sports stores in my area.

This timer is very accurate, easy to use, and has large easy to read numbers. I dont know how it can be sold for such a low price. The guy who could not find the instructions in an earlier review did not look very hard. The instructions are there in every timer. They are printed on the inside of the package material, not on a separate paper sheet. I have had mine for over a year and I am very satisfied. It will be the best ten dollars you have ever spent! Ahh... modern times! I come from the era of mechanical stop-watches that lasted forever. Well this lasted six weeks with very little use. On: 2008-08-28
I purchased this item several months ago and find it to be an acceptable stop watch. However, the instructions are overly complicated and hard to follow (I should have know better than to try to read instructions!). A good product for the money. On: 2008-07-13
Had to return it, did not mention that it doesnt count down. But you do get what you pay for, It was a good price for basic stop watch functions. On: 2008-06-17
Watch seems to work OK, and I am happy with it so far, with the exception of the warranty. I received it this week. 06/16/08. It has a free replacement period ending 03/2009. About 9 months. Then till 03/2013 replacement carries a $10.00 fee plus the fee to ship it to them. I paid less than that for the watch on Amazon and got free shipping. I call that a 9 month replacement warranty. This is a terrific stop-watch at a righteous price. It will count hundreth-of-a-second accuracy for up to 1/2 hour, then onward at one-second accuracy. One can make two kinds of tests with the item, but I have only need for one-dimensional measure.
I use this device for health-consumer/patient self-managment feedback purposes. This end-- for in-the-hands-of-consumers health-behavior use, this item will compare favorably to the advent of home-blood-pressure equipment and the (array) of new home metering products (for blood-glucose, cholesterol, etc. etc.) This gadget -- and items like it-- will provide the "evidence" for the "evidence-based practice" of patient/health-consumer self-management skills. But like other reviewer pointed out, died within a couple months. Only got to use it about 6-7 times. May just need to be opened and have the baterry replaced, though. On: 2007-11-28

Functionally it is a ok or good product for the money. The only downside is the thickness and size. It is bulky and too thick so that it is not much convenient practically. BTW, Good side due to its size is that you hardly misplace it and the display is large enough for me. In addition, it has variety of functions for the money I paid, so I will keep it. On: 2007-10-19
It was exactly what I wanted. I use it and find it meets my needs. Thank you. On: 2007-10-17
simple controls, easy to use... low price... good value... just get the thing if you need a stop watch... On: 2007-08-28
The stopwatch has large numerals and works very well for the price that I paid. I purchased 6 of these watches for timing and am very satisfied. On: 2007-08-03
then it no longer worked. Strange that you cant really turn this thing off. If it doesnt break within a month (which it did), I imagine that the battery will die at some point. Also no instructions came with the thing, which means either the manufacturer was careless or just doesnt care about this product.
That being said, I give it an additional star from the lowest rating because when it worked, it worked fine. On: 2007-04-05
I would rate this item 5 stars if it included an instuction sheet. Ive figured out two of the modes by trial and error but what appears to be a third mode eludes me. I think it may be an alarm setting. However very nice feel to the push buttons, good large readout. On: 2007-01-19
