I bought this dvd for my little brother. Hes in the u10 division and surrounded by alot of eager kids who want to be trained by his coach about the great game of soccer. The problem is that the coach doesnt have much time to teach him essential drills and exercises for young goalkeepers, so I decided to buy him this dvd. The topics for this dvd include:
"ball handling, catching, diving, positioning, shot stopping, angles, judging and intercepting high balls and crosses, reaction training, throwing and kicking accurately, plus foot skills necessary for dealing with the back pass," according to the author.
All of these great exercises are thought from a famous Italian 1994 goalkeeper to young and adult goalkeepers, and are very easy exercises that anyone can do.
The only thing that bothered me about this great title is that most of the dvd is narrated in english from the original Italian version. Theres a background music that seems annoying at times, and runs throughout the whole film during the replay period. If this doesnt bother you then give this dvd a try its a great title to own if you are a goalkeeper yourself or know someone who is get them this great video.
