Since im in like LOVE with Sprouse twins and i LOVE soccer i had to get this movie!I rented this movie first and FELL IN LOVE WITH IT.I rented it again and again.SO finally i HAD to buy this movie.Whats better than Amazon?Cheap price,great serivce why not here?This is a family movie and the sprouse twins did a great job.This is a everyday cheerful movie.GREAT plot,great actors,and overall GREAT MOVIE.

The father is incompetent and the woman comes in and coaches to a championship. Will we ever see it the other way around? of course not. Im surprised the twins parents permitted them to be in a movie with trash talk and bad language. -1 stars.

We were shocked at the amount of bad language used in just a few short minutes of the movie. What could have been a great show was ruined by the language/attitudes/behavior of the kids in the movie. I give this one star only because the review is requiring me to not because it deserves it.

I personally liked the movie. I dont know what some other reviews mean by "bad language" there was nothing bad about it, ALL AGED MOVIE a good family movie. Definatly rent before you buy it though, i bought it before renting it but i loved it anyway. : )

I rented this movie, and then had to buy it. I like the spouse twins and the movie was cute with a plot. Twin boys whos life revolves around playing soccer - as well their dad is the soccer team coach. The dad is pulled away for important business just before the season is to begin. He may be gone for days to weeks...who steps in? Non other than Mom, and the sister who comes to visit for a few weeks of the summer. Obviously the kids on the team think the mom is a poor coach. But do like her cute sister so they are somewhat compeled to come to practice. Meanwhile there is another plot taking place of a strange man that seems to appear at all the right times. I dont want to give it away because it is one of the better parts of the movie but he ends up playing a major role in the movie and for good reason. My 4 year old son liked it and so did my husband and I. It thought it was a good family film.

My cousin is Darren Foldes, who worked on this movie. I was one of the first people to see this, along with my other cousins, before the movie was released. It was our job to review the film and we all loved it. My youngest cousin watched it three times! I would reccomend it for younger children.

I thought this film would be a great movie for my 7 and 9 year old first year soccer players. Right off the bat it started with very crude language and very bad attitudes from the kids. We dont allow our kids to talk like this, and cant imagine that people encourage their kids to either. It may be more appropriate for older kids, but I cant see it keeping their interest unless they are teen boys waiting for the next appearance of the Aunt. The only redeeming parts that got it 2 stars were the pep-talk at the half of the game and the little bit with Cobi as the delivery man.

I read the other reviews on this DVD and I felt compelled to make a comment since the other two werent providing the info Id like to read before I buy such a movie. Can negative stars be applied to this movie? I am a soccer coach, so I was pleasantly surprised to find what I thought was a good soccer movie for my young kids. After all, two young 8 year-olds are on the cover, and Parenting magazine has recommended it as a good family movie. To my dismay, this movie has lots of crude bathroom humour that is so excessive and repetitive, even from the parents! Its even to the point of being forced! Do people really talk that way in America today? Additionally, they throw in this dimsy aunt who is always skimpily dressed; she becomes the target of rude comments and remarks from the soccer team. What is her role in this movie but to generate tasteless comments from the young boys? I do not recommend this movie to young families. This is absolutely not the kind of language I expect from my children. I cannot believe that Parenting magazine recommended this movie! Perhaps this is an accurate reflection on society today, but shameful to see such a potentially good movie theme thrown to the dogs. What a waste of time and money!!!

Because I was so keen to see this movie, I pre-ordered it months before its release - and its finally arrived!!!
I always try to give a thoughtful and honest opinion about any movie Ive seen, and this will be no exception. However, I really should start by explaining that I am a huge fan of soccer, and an even bigger fan of the Sprouse twins (the cute kid in `Big Daddy). Given that `Just 4 Kicks stars Dylan and Cole Sprouse, and that the whole film is centered on the game of soccer; youll have to forgive me for awarding it the maximum five stars before the DVD has even come out of its shrink-wrap!
Cole and Dylan Martin adore the game of soccer; they have posters on their bedroom walls and videos of classic games. They even have a very precious soccer ball, which their dad brought back from Europe! But when it comes to actually playing the game, the twins are just plain lousy. And to make matters worse, theyre left with only their mom for a coach after their dad (Tom Arnold) leaves for an important business trip. But, after half the team have quit and all seems lost, Cole and Dylan discover the magic soccer talents of an unlikely auto-mechanic named Rudy (Bill Dawes). Rudy slowly warms to the idea of kicking a soccer ball once again, and finds himself coaching the Martin twins team. All is going well until Cole and Dylan learn of Rudys past - a past that is about to catch up with him. Now he must choose between life-on-the-run and playing the game he loves so much!
Just 4 Kicks works well on many levels. Its very family orientated and makes a fantastic movie for kids, as it focuses on key issues such as teamwork and loyalty, and how things can work out if you try hard enough. Its also a very funny film with many amusing and sometimes touching moments. You certainly dont need to know anything about soccer to understand the plot. My young nephew saw this film from start to finish and has been watching it ever since! Its very unusual that hell sit through a full-length film - even for the first time.
Die-hard soccer fans will really appreciate the cameo appearance of Major League Soccer star, Corbi Jones as the delivery guy. He just cant resist the temptation to have a few kicks of the twins soccer ball while their heads are turned the other way!
Five stars are justified - even if, unlike me, youre not a fan of soccer or the Sprouse twins. Its great family entertainment all the way!

Hey My Name Is Alex and yeah i give this Movie 5 star cause i am a big fan of Dylan & Cole but is not that i give this Movie 5 stars cause is a great movie seen it and yeah this movie came out on September 16 the day of my birthday so for me is was a great Birthday gif. I E-mail Dylan Sprouse before and he answer back to me and he is cool and yeah his Twin Brother 2 Cole Sprouse there both cool.
