I am blown away that someone has finally come up with such a great product for beginning coaches:
1. The computer disk is indispensable for beginners. They lay out the core components of practices, give you video of how the different drills work, and let you see a great coach actually working with kids at this age level through the process.
2. Its just enough info to not overwhelm you. So many of the books that Ive looked want to tell me everything you will EVER need to know...
3. Computer program will help you design a whole seasons practices and print them out.
4. Last and most importantly: This is produced by the Dutch National Program, which has one of the most successfull youth development programs in the world, so I trust what theyre saying. Im not sure how much I would trust an American or British source.
