The bottle is very attractive and elegantly designed. However, I have two criticisms of it. First, while it might not matter to most people, the opening is not large enough to drop a standard size half-moon ice cube in. I use mine with chilled water and it does maintain temperature well enough, but I would prefer to add a few cubes. Secondly, I accidentally knocked my bottle lightly against a trash container at my gym and was surprised that it dented so easily. I have dropped my Nalgene bottle many times and it always survives. The Sigg makes a better pretty addition to a bookcase than a practical bottle for daily use.

Sturdy product, and decorative enough to leave atop my desk. I really like the facts that it does not leak and the area at the opening is manufactured to be smooth so I will not have to worry about cutting my lip on a cut metal edge. In all, a comfortable product.

I really like the .6L bottle. There wasnt too much to choose from as far as color/decorations. I guess these are really popular, and the inventory hasnt kept up, but the "circles" is cool. My only issue with the bottle is that when you fill it up with cold water, the outside of the bottle gets really cold. Not that important, but if you put it in between your lap or hold the base with your hands, you get really cold. You can hold it by the screw top to avoid that. Last thing that Im not super thrilled about is that the water gets warm a lot quicker than I would expect with a metal inside. I drink pretty quickly, so its not a major issue, but it was surprising. I think theres a outer cover that you can get, which I think I will invest in. I havent tried it with anything warm, so not sure how it hold heat.
I got the "bottle cat," which attaches to the screw top, and that has been GREAT! I will never lose the top (which is something I would totally do)!

I bought the Samurai Spirit design bottle, and if you look closely at the supplied picture, there are two supplementary designs printed on the bottle that cannot be made out. These are matching, palpable (a rough feeling) tattoo=style designs of a tiger and dragon fighting. Considering these designs are both more noticably colored and equally prominent on the bottle, it surprises me that a picture that shows them is not included here on the website. Also, my bottle had a scuff/indent about the size of a nickel. Normally damaged product would be enough to ask for a replacement, but I am clummsy and will scuff it myself in time.
Thhe sigg bottle is very cool, very light and sturdy feeling, there is no tinny taste to water drunk fom it. Im happy with it.

Its really cute and it makes me feel happy knowing that I am not putting more unnecessary chemicals and toxins in my body( such are in plastic bottles). My only complaint is that it is soooo cold on my hands when I get it out of the fridge, bu really, thats no big deal.

I have bought several of these Sigg bottles. Each is a piece of art, with graphics of beauty and interest. I bought these bottles because some plastic bottles such as Lexan are dangerous and leave toxic residue in your drinks. The Sigg bottles have been throughly tested and are safe. You can use this bottle with safety and also know that you are not trashing the environment with still one more disposable plastic bottle.

i love the water bottle, but when i ordered it from amazon it came with a big dent in the side. Id maybe order it from a different site, or try to buy it in a store... or maybe it was just a one time occurrence for me, not sure.

Great water bottle. Absolutely no taste added by the bottle. I had previously tried supposedly no leaching plastic bottles, but they imparted a noticable taste. Only problem is the small top which makes the bottle more difficult to clean than wide mouth bottles.

I bought this after reading how bad plastic bottles really are to the environment. Sigg makes an awesome bottle and the variety of designs made it all the more desirable. Plus, it is nice to know I am helping the environment and am saving money by not buying all those plastic bottles!

I love this bottle because its not plastic, it adds no metallic taste to my water, the mouth is large enough to make it easy to drink from (especially when youre tired from working out), and the orange color is cool. It fits easily in my cars cup holder as well as in the bottle holders of my lumbar pack and backpack. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the metal dents easily. I dropped it the first time out and put a little dent in the bottom. Two more things: I love the loop at the top (I use it to carry the bottle sometimes); and while the opening is too small for standard-sized ice cubes, its large enough for the smaller cubes

This bottle kicks ten kinds of a**. I bought it for my g-friend as a b-day gift (I know, Im a cheap man). Nonetheless, she praised it to the high heavens. I took into account the other reviews and FAQs about the bottle (dont pour in boiling hot water, blah, blah, blah), which is probably important stuff. I must admit the water from this thing tastes awesome. Even if it is tepid, it still tastes as though it is cool, making it very refreshing, not unlike the feeling you get from those sweet, sweet Junior Mints. I assume if you dont do anything retarded with it and simply use it as it is intended to be used, youll do fine. Big ups for Sigg!

I have now purchased three of these bottles, and cant say enough great things about them. SIGG products are safe for my family and smart for the environment, which were the biggest selling points for me. And now that Ive tried them - wow! Our bottles are stylish and durable. The caps fit perfectly and are easy to use (even for the kids). I like my twist-off lid because I can carry it with one finger or hang it off my diaper bag. And best of all, our water stays cold & tastes clean. Buy an insulated sleeve if youre concerned about chilly hands. Theyre good for keeping coffee/tea/cocoa warm too. :-)

Ive been using this for about a week now and love it. Its a water bottle and yes the paint scuffs, you can get a ding and if you arent careful you can leave it on a park bench and never see it again. Besides those "faults" this is a great bottle. No odd taste to the water, almost indestructible and no leaks! This isnt an insulated bottle and wont wash well in the dishwasher so be careful with hot liquids and dont leave it under the seat in the car for a month half filled with Kool-Aid. For the serious water bottle user it doesnt get better than Sigg!

This is a good quality product but unfortunately mine arrived in a slighly scuffed condition. Kind of like it was the last one in stock and had been rolling around on the shelf for a while. Not worth the hassle of returning it though- works fine.

Im a wildland firefighter and run a chainsaw for fires and project work. We carry Sigg bottles for 2-cycle gas mix and chainsaw bar oil on our packs because they are light, reliable and dont leak as long as the gasket is good. A Sigg for drinking water is almost overkill, but I dont like throwing away plastic bottles all the time. I love em!

Really lovely bottles - great color (especially on the patterned bottles). Super, super lightweight, which is nice because water is pretty heavy. The threads are a bit squeaky, but Im sure that will stop over time. Glad I bought one for everyone in my family; otherwise wed be stealing them from each other!

Sigg makes an amazing variety of different colors and designs and sizes - which of course is great. After hearing about all the chemicals, toxins and bacteria (normal washing just cant get out) of plastic water bottles, I switched to this. Water tastes different....it tastes like WATER now...youll be amazed after switching. You can also use it for juices and other drinks althought not recommended for milk or carbonated drinks. Ive also received many compliments - I guess its considered kind of "chic." Children love it - they have kids designs too, and even my husband likes his. Im buying one for everyone on my Xmas list this year.
Being able to reuse these bottles without toxins, chemicals, and bacteria is great for you, but it also saves you money and its economical for Earth. Youll be happy if you buy one.
P.S. Seller Backcountry Edge will get these to you a lot faster than if you order directly from Sigg USA - because they have to wait for their shipments to arrive from Switzerland. And they had great customer service.

This water bottle is great. Not only is it light and the perfect size, it just lets you have such great-tasting water all the time. I dont take soap to my water bottle a lot, to be honest, because it always just has water in it. With this, unlike with a nalgene, you can just kindof rinse and refill and it always tastes great!
Not only that, but water stays so cold. And, its cute :) which isnt a must, but definitely a plus.

I really love this bottle. It doesnt get smelly, it doesnt retain the taste of the contents after you use it. It looks cool. I like the size. I was using glass bottles for water because I was trying to get away from plastics, but this is a much better, more lightweight and unbreakable solution!
