Item not received.
At the time I had ordered this item I had to relocate from a state to another within a 2-3 days. I had 5 packages incoming. After I have arrived to destination, I emailed the vendors. All vendors replied the item has been delivered and did not do anything further to help, despite me having explained that I am not at the original address anymore.
Items were delivered by UPS. UPS claims on the final delivery day someone had signed to drop the package at the door. (?)
This is information (that the items were delivered by UPS) I obtained after chasing the item for about 1 month. Had been traveling during that period and could not handle prompt correspondence with the vendor.
I took the loss. If you find yourself in a similar situation, be prepared to handle everything without much customer support and potentially lose the item. UPS is not much more helpful either, the one item shipped by FedEx was rerouted properly.

This is an outstanding little pump. For the few dollars extra compared to other pumps you get a much higher quality porduct. Strong external case, excellent hose and attachments, compact size, and high volume pumping. It is a little loud but I would highly reccomend it!
